Classic Property Management offers homeowners the convenience of paying your monthly homeowner association fees in three ways.

Automatic Payment from your checking account (ACH)

Classic Property Management offers you the convenience of paying your monthly association fees automatically. This electronic system uses the Federal Reserve System's Automated Clearing House (ACH) to deduct your monthly association dues from your checking account, and ensures that your association fees are always paid on time. Your checking account will be debited between the 5th and 8th of each month.

You can now pay online using your credit card. After you sign in to the Pacific Western Bank site, you will be asked to enter the name of your Association and your Classic Property Management account number which can be found on your billing statement in the top right corner. (Enter the last 7 numbers without dashes.) To get to the online payment site, click on the link below. There is a $9.95 fee each time you use this service.
