Fred Stone C.C.A.M., Chief Executive Officer
Fred Stone is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Classic Property Management. Classic was purchased from the original owners in 1993 by Fred after his relocation to the United States from London, England. Under Fred’s forward approach to business and guidance, the company has grown and continues to grow into one of the foremost management companies in Orange County. A partnership-oriented approach to your Association’s management operations underlies that success in the quality of service delivered to the Associations under management with Classic.
Veronica Stone, Chief Financial Officer
Veronica Stone is the Chief Financial Officer and Controller of the company. She is highly instrumental in the company's growth and ongoing success. Veronica oversees all financial operations of each Association managed by Classic. Under Veronica’s guidance, Classic Property Management’s accounting team members are dedicated to assuring that every managed Association is rooted in financially stable ground. Financial reports produced monthly by Classic reflect your Association’s current and year to date financial position and are concise, clear, and easily understood.
